Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming orders: call customers to confirm details and schedule deliveries.
Handle WhatsApp customer support: answer product inquiries, sizing questions, and assist with orders.
Coordinate with suppliers: send items for processing and ensure timelines are met.
Follow up with delivery companies to ensure successful delivery.
Provide daily updates and handle additional operational tasks as the business grows.
