Shanghai Gifts Trading LLC is hiring a Female Filipino Sales Executive to join our team in Sharjah, UAE.
The role involves selling corporate gifts, promotional merchandise, branded products and customized corporate gifting solutions to business clients.
Candidates with previous experience in corporate gifting or promotional merchandise sales will be given priority.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls and other communication channels.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable corporate gifts and promotional products.
Generate new sales leads and business opportunities.
Follow up with potential and existing customers.
Prepare and follow up on quotations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
Convert enquiries and leads into confirmed sales.
Achieve assigned sales targets.
Maintain proper records of leads, enquiries and customer interactions.
Coordinate with the internal team regarding product availability, branding and order requirements.
Stay updated on new promotional products, corporate gifting trends and customized branding options.
Requirements
Female Filipino candidate.
Previous sales experience preferred.
Corporate gifting / promotional merchandise sales experience is a priority.
B2B sales experience is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, presentable and customer-focused.
Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
Ability to generate leads and develop new customers.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
UAE sales experience is an advantage.
