Job Description

We are looking for a professional, friendly, and organized Hotel Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will manage the front desk efficiently, ensuring guests receive a warm welcome, smooth check- experience, and any necessary assistance during their stay. Excellent customer service skills and multitasking abilities are key for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
Check- guests efficiently, ensuring accuracy in reservation details
Answer phone calls, emails, and other inquiries, providing information about the hotel’s services, amenities, and local attractions
Manage guest reservations using the hotel’s booking system
Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in hospitality or related field is a plus)
Proven work experience as a Hotel Receptionist or Front Desk Agent (or in a similar customer-facing role)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite (knowledge of PMS systems is a plus)
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, welcoming attitude
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings
