Manage and oversee the entire end-to-end recruitment processes
Source potential candidates through job boards and social media by posting job ads and connecting with potential candidates
Screen and evaluate applicants based on qualifications
Perform necessary background checks
Conduct interviews in coordination with hiring managers
Handle communication with and between candidat and the HR department
Build and maintain networks of prospective candidates by attending job fairs and conferences
Manage job descriptions and announcements
Advise the HR department on the recruitment process and recommend promising applicants to be hired
experience as a recruiter or similar role (preferably in an international organization)
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication, or related fields is a plus
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
experience in international recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and attracting global talent.
Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
Strong understanding of international employment laws, immigration regulations, and visa processes.
