We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support our Dubai office operations. The role involves handling administrative tasks, assisting the team, and ensuring smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and messages.
Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
Maintain and organize office files, records, and supplies.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars.
Assist colleagues with administrative tasks and doentation.
Perform data entry and maintain office databases.
Help prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications.
High school diploma or equivalent; diplo in business administration is a plus.
Previous experience in office administration preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
