About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Operation Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the key point of contact between staff, clients, and suppliers, ensuring smooth communication and efficient support for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with staff and clients via email, phone calls, and WhatsApp
Coordinate and confirm reservations with suppliers
Provide operational support to the sales team
Ensure timely and accurate information flow between internal teams and external partners
Communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Experience in operations, coordination, or customer service is a plus
