Manage grooming appointments and provide excellent customer service.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Certificate or diploma in Pet Grooming or Animal Care is an advantage.
Previous experience in pet grooming is preferred.
Knowledge of animal handling, grooming techniques, and hygiene procedures.
Patience, attention to detail, and a genuine love for animals.
Good communication and customer service skills.
