a. Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, Operations, or related field
b. 5+ years of experience in asset planning, resource scheduling, or O&M coordination
c. Experience in infrastructu management (traffic, tunnel, ICT, or SCADA systems is a plus)
d. Proficient in Excel, MS Project, and CM platforms (e.g., Maximo, SAP PM)
e. Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management and preventive maintenance
