1. Receiving guests at the front desk by greeting , welcoming ,directing and announcing them appropriately to the concerned personnel. Arranges coff as instructed by the manager.
2. Answers , screens and forwards incoming phone calls.
3. Make sure reception area is clean & hygienic always.
4. Keeps detailed and accurate records of visits of clients /suppliers and of calls received .
5. Checks all employees are present, if anybody missing, confirm the reason and inform the HR department and Manager
6. Notes the time & purpose if employees going out in the office hours.
7. Manages inventory and restocking of office supplies with Office Manager.
8. Coordinate all front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence, receiving of parcels and deliveries
Good communication skills ( verbal and written )
Knowledge of front desk and administrative duties
Proficiency in relevant computer applications
