Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls and emails.
Maintain reception area and meeting rooms in a clean and presentable condition.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (letters, packages, couriers).
Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and doent preparation.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication
Provide general information about the company to visitors and callers.
Language Requirement: English (spoken and written)
Computer Skills: MS Office, email handling, and related tasks
