Embassy of Equatorial Guinea, Abu Dhabi UAE is seeking a courteous, professional, and well-presented Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. The ideal candidate will represent the Embassy with professionalism, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while managing front-desk operations efficiently and discreetly.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist all visitors, guests, and officials in a professional and courteous manner.
Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries; direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
Maintain visitor logs, issue visitor passes, and coordinate security clearance when required.
Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.
Handle correspondence, receive and distribute mail, and manage courier services.
Keep the reception area tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
Provide administrative support to embassy departments when needed.
Assist with coordination of events, meetings, and official functions.
Uphold confidentiality and follow embassy protocols and security procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Communication, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a receptionist or front-desk role, preferably in a diplomatic mission, corporate office, or hospitality environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is an asset.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance, with a polite and confident demeanor.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Punctual, reliable, and able to work in a multicultural environment.
