Job Description

A reputable company in Dubai Marina is seeking a professional and organized Receptionist / Office Assistant to manage front desk operations and support administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be approachable, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.

Manage appointments, schedules, and meeting room bookings.

Maintain office records, files, and doentation accurately.

Support administrative tasks as required by management.

Ensure smooth daily operations at the front desk.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, or related field preferred.

1–3 years of experience as a receptionist or office assistant.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Professional demeanor and organizational abilities.
