Key Responsibilities
•Assist in the preparation and cooking of food under the guidance of senior chefs
•Wash, peel, chop, and portion ingredients as required
•Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment
•Ensure food storage areas are clean and comply with health and safety regulations
•Follow recipes and presentation standards consistently
•Assist in receiving and storing deliveries properly
•Support with plating and garnishing during service
