• Greeting guests warmly and graciously upon arrival and escorting them to their tables;
• Providing guests with the menu upon their arrival and monitoring the status of each table;
• Answering incoming calls, booking reservations and providing appropriate service as per Republic’s standards;
• Using a smile and a clear voice while taking the reservations;
• Ensuring that guest reservations are in order;
• Acknowledging guests within seconds of arrival;
• Making an attempt to seat guests at a desirable table;
• Directing and instructing the dining room personnel on guest needs to ensure having a fast and quality service from the moment they arrive;
• Treating all guests in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction & always striving to exceed their expectation;
• Ensuring sufficient quantity of menus that will be enough to cater for available guests;
• Thanking guests upon departure and inviting them to return;
• Establishing and maintaining a strong wo relationship;
• Attending & participating in meetings & trainings as requested;
• Promoting Tazal’s image by displaying impeccable manners, diplomacy and tact towards restaurants guests and management;
• Maintaining professional and sharp appearance at all times;
• Maintaining a clean reception Desk at all times;
• Providing great customer service;
• Setup the reservation tables
• Clean and maintain all table tents and table lamps
• Install all electrical devices on charges last hour of the duty
• Participate in Daily deep cleaning schedule
• Liaising between staff and guests to ensure great service;
• Performing other duties as requested by the management.
REPORTS TO: Restaurant supervisor /Ass. Branch Manager / Branch Manager

• Languages: Fluent Arabic / English
• Work in the food and beverages industry (3 years)
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred;
• Ability to provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment;
• A positive attitude and ability work well under pressure with all restaurant staff;
• Does high quality work while unsupervised;
• Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time;
