Max Lot is seeking ambitious and driven Telesales Executives to join our growing team in the UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing them to investment opportunities in the stock market, and converting leads into active investors. This is a target-driven role ideal for individuals who are confident, persuasive, and passionate about financial markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Explain the company’s investment products and services in a clear, professional manner.
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Follow up on leads and conduct market research to identify new prospects
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to improve outreach strategies.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales, preferably in a financial or brokerage environment.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Basic understanding of financial markets and investment products.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activity.
