Mekdam Technical Services is looking for an experienced Shift Supervisor to support operations within a dynamic, safety-focused LNG facility in Qatar. The role involves leading shift personnel and coordinating safe, efficient, and compliant plant operations in accordance with company procedures and HSE standards.
The successful candidate will supervise shift activities, lead emergency response, review PTW and isolation procedures, prepare shift reports, coordinate across departments, mentor team members, and ensure compliance with HSE requirements and high housekeeping standards.

a. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering
b. Minimum 8 years of Oil & Gas experience
c. Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or shift leadership role
d. Strong knowledge of LNG operations and process safety
e. Strong understanding of HSE best practices and plant safety procedures
f. Proven experience managing emergency situations
g. Strong leadership, decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills
h. Ability to effectively lead teams in a shift-based environment
