Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations to ensure a smooth and efficient environment.
Manage store staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs set by upper management.
Monitor inventory levels and order merchandise as needed.
Ensure store appearance and merchandising standards are maintained.
Handle customer issues and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
Maintain accurate financial records including cash handling, sales reporting, and budgets.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Conduct regular audits and stock takes.
Implement promotional campaigns and track their effectiveness.
