We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Ticketing Staff to handle flight reservations, bookings, re-issuances, cancellations, and refunds. The ideal candidate must be proficient in GDS systems and able to provide excellent customer service while ensuring accuracy in all ticketing operations.
                        •Minimum 1–3 years of experience in air ticketing.
•Proficiency in Amadeus, Galileo, or other GDS systems.
•Issue, reissue, cancel, and refund air tickets according to airline rules.
•Provide clients with the best fare options and routing based on their needs.
•Coordinate with airlines and suppliers for group bookings, special requests, or flight changes.
•Manage B2B and B2C ticketing platforms efficiently.
•Ensure all ticketing-related doents are correctly issued and saved.
•Stay updated on airline policies, fare rules, and travel restrictions.
•Handle client inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a professional manner.
•Knowledge of fare construction, ticketing rules, and IATA guidelines.
•Strong communication and customer service skills.
•Ability to work independently and under pressure.
•English fluency is required; additional languages are a plus.
•Familiarity with online booking tools and ticketing portals.
