Key Responsibilities:
•Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
•Itinerary Planning: Design and organize travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, tours, and other travel services.
•Booking Management: Handle reservations, payments, and confirmations for flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services.
•Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the entire travel process.
•Travel Advice: Offer advice on destinations, travel regulations, and necessary travel doentation.
•Problem Solving: Address any issues or emergencies that may arise during the client's trip.
•Sales and Marketing: Promote travel packages and special deals to potential clients.
Qualifications:
•Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the travel industry.
•Education: Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
