• Reporting for duty punctually for every shift, in complete and clean uniform;
• Attending to work fully dressed as per TAZAL’S standards & being responsible for personal hygiene / grooming;
• Following up on closing and opening procedures;
• Introducing himself in a polite and professional manner;
• Taking orders from guests in a professional manner and typing it on the POS system;
• Making menu recommendations, answering questions and sharing additional information upon request;
• Using cross selling & up selling techniques to promote TAZAL’S items and increase the average
check per table;
• Delivering food and beverages in a timely fashion;
• Informing guests of special items not listed on the menu;
• Answering inquiries of food & beverages on the menu;
• Suggesting additional menu items, such as desserts & drinks when appropriate;
• Going an extra mile to exceed guest expectation by providing an outstanding service;
• Serving food and beverage to the guest as per the waiter script;
• Explaining to guest menu items in terms of presentation & ingredients;
• Maintaining the table setting by clearing courses as completed, replacing utensils and refreshing
water glasses;
• Processing cash & credit card payments;
• Adhering to the company standards of service for the waiter position;
• Using proper language & attitude with guests as well as colleagues;
• Ensuring guests receive excellent service and that guest’s needs and expectations are exceeded;
• Reporting his superiors about any complaint or complement by guests;
• Referring to his direct manager of any guest complaint;
• Re-setting and preparing tables for guests including napkins, utensils…
• Complying with safety, health & hygiene procedures;
• Maintaining a clean & organized service area;
• Attending and contributing to training sessions and team meetings as required;
• Performing other related tasks as requested by the management.

Delivering a great dining experience through adhering to the sequence of service, providing exceptional guest service, and working as a member of TAZAL’S team.
• Worked in the food and beverage industry (3 years)
• Holds a high school degree in hospitality management or related field;
• Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods;
• Good English skills.
