Salary: Basic salary AED 2,200–3,000 per month + accommodation, transport, allowance and overtime (all on top of basic). Range reflects experience – from basic marine experience to STCW + strong mari experience.
Innovation Technologies is hiring experienced HVAC Technicians for marine new build, commissioning and vessel repair work in Abu Dhabi.
Key duties:
- Install, commission and service marine HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Work on AC plants, chillers, AHUs, provision cooling, ducting and controls
- Brazing, leak testing, vacuuming and refrigerant charging
- Fault finding and preventive maintenance on board vessels
Requirements:
- ITI or Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
- Minimum 3 years HVAC experience; marine HV experience pays more
- Knowledge of refrigerants, electrical controls and safe handling
- Able to read HVAC layouts and P&IDs
- Marine or shipyard experience is mandatory
- Minimum 2–3 years Gulf experience preferred
- Age up to 45
- Must pass the UAE medical fitness test and company trade test
