Salary: Basic salary AED 7,000–10,000 per month + accommodation, transport, allowance and overtime (all on top of basic). Range reflects experience – from basic marine experience to STCW + strong mari experience.
Innovation Technologies is hiring experienced Navigation & Communication Engineers for marine new build, commissioning and vessel repair work in Abu Dhabi.
Key duties:
- Install, integrate, test and commission bridge navigation and communication equipment
- Work on radar, ECDIS, GPS, gyro, AIS, autopilot, VDR, echo sounder, GMDSS and radio systems
- Fault-find and repair n systems during vessel repair and refits
- Prepare test records and support cla inspections
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical or Telecommunications Engineering
- Specialised marine navigation & communication experience is required (min. 4–5 years)
- Manufactur training on bridge systems is an advantage
- Able to read system drawings and interconnection diagrams
- Marine or shipyard experience is mandatory
- Minimum 2–3 years Gulf experience preferred
- Age up to 45
- Must pass the UAE medical fitness test and company trade test
