Salary: Basic salary AED 3,500–4,500 per month + accommodation, transport, allowance and overtime (all on top of basic). Range reflects experience – from basic marine experience to STCW + strong mari experience.
Innovation Technologies is hiring experienced Mechanical Foremen for marine new build, commissioning and vessel repair work in Abu Dhabi.
Key duties:
- Lead and supervise mechanical technicians and pipe fitters on board and in the yard
- Plan and allocate work for machinery installation, overhaul and piping jobs
- Read mechanical and piping drawings; ensure quality of workmanship
- Enforce permit-to-work, isolati and safe lifting practices
Requirements:
- Approx. 8+ years as a mechanical technician, incl. 2+ years supervising
- Strong mari background (new build, commissioning, repair)
- Proven ability to lead multinational teams
- Knowledge of permit-to-work, isolati and rigging safety
- Marine or shipyard experience is mandatory
- Minimum 2–3 years Gulf experience preferred
- Age up to 45
- Must pass the UAE medical fitness test and company trade test
