Job Description
We are hiring for a Corporate Secretary with multitasking capabilities including Reception and Security Support. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth administrative functions and support company compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Support board members with admin and logistics

Prepare corporate reports and meeting agendas

Coordinate board and shareholder meetings

Manage legal doents (contracts, resolutions)

Liaise with legal advisors and banks

Handle KYC doentation and investor queries

Assist front desk and ensure office security as required

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree (Business Admin / Law preferred)

2-4 years of experience in corpora roles

UAE experience and knowledge of company laws

MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Valid UAE Driving License (Preferred)

Excellent time management and coordination skills

Ability to handle confidential tasks independently

Candidate Requirements

Candidate Requirements – Corporate Secretary / Receptionist
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.

Experience:
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in the UAE in a similar administrative or secretarial role.
Experience in investment firms, legal offices, or professional service firms is a plus.

Languages:

Fluent English (Required)

Arabic (Preferred)

Russian (Advantage)

Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Strong written and verbal communication

Organizational and multitasking ability

Attention to detail and confidentiality

Time management and coordination

Ability to work independently under pressure

Other Preferences:

Valid UAE Driving License (Preferred)

Presentable and professional appearance

Willing to handle front desk and security coordination duties if needed
